  Reminder for patients

Please remember to leave enough time for your repeat prescription to be processed, especially if you are going on holiday. Please allow 3 working days before collecting your prescription.

Please cancel any unwanted appointments. We now have automated access on our new telephone system, which enables patients to cancel appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please remember that any unattended appointments lead to a waste in doctors and nurses time and causes other patients to wait longer.

SAVE TIME WHEN YOU COME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND USE OUR AUTOMATED SELF CHECK IN SITUATED IN THE LOBBY
